Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury hotels and hospitality projects for a private developer in Madinah. The ideal candidate will lead design concepts from inception to completion, translating client visions into exceptional guest experiences. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within fast-paced, high-profile hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of innovative interior design concepts, space planning, and mood boards for luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality projects.
• Oversee all phases of design, from concept to detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring alignment with brand standards, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with operators, architects, and consultants to ensure project requirements and design intent are achieved.
• Specify finishes, materials, furniture, and artwork that reflect luxury standards and operational needs.
• Ensure accurate preparation of drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation for tender and construction.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, and monitor quality during construction and fit-out phases.
• Stay updated on global hospitality design trends, sustainability, and innovative technologies to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 8–12 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years focused on hotels/hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of delivering 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or mixed-use hospitality developments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and built hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of international design standards, codes, and hospitality brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage design teams and consultants.
