Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with strong experience in villa, commercial, and retail interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a keen design sense, up-to-date knowledge of modern materials and trends, and the ability to transform ideas into practical, high-quality interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional design concepts for villas, retail, and commercial spaces.
• Stay updated with the latest materials, finishes, and design trends in the UAE market and incorporate them effectively into design proposals.
• Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and material specifications.
• Present design concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and compliance with approved plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in interior design and fit-out projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed villa, commercial, and retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent knowledge of current market materials, finishes, and suppliers.
• Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Available to join immediately or within one week.
