Senior interior designer

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong creative vision and project leadership skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest level of design quality and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the full interior design process from concept development to final implementation.

· Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections.

· Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and specifications.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure design intent is achieved.

· Supervise and guide junior designers and 3D visualizers.

· Oversee site inspections and ensure design details are executed accurately.

· Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

· Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, preferably in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Is a must, and Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong conceptual and creative thinking.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

· Knowledge of local materials, suppliers, and market standards.

· Leadership and mentoring skills for managing design teams.

Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of experience
