We at JR Interiors (part of Joga ram Group) have been catering to the various needs of clients in the UAE for Interior & Architecture design, Fitout and joinery and building materials trading since past two decades.

Designation: Senior Designer- Interiors

We are looking for a creative, innovative design head to join our team. The responsibilities of the design head include interpreting client briefs and turning them into creative solutions, delivering high – Quality products, overseeing design and troubleshooting design problems.

To be successful Design Head, you should be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver a great product and experience .Ultimately, a top- notch design head should have strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
• Prepare mood boards, space planning, detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories aligned with project concepts.
• Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of interior design experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit (preferred), and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent sense of design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Strong communication, client handling, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
