Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer with 8–10 years of professional experience in residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong design leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects from concept development to final execution. A professional, client-focused attitude and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:1. Design & Concept Development

• Lead the design process for interior spaces, including concept creation, mood boards, and visual presentations.
• Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client needs and company standards.
• Prepare detailed layout plans, 3D visualizations, and material palettes.

2. Project Management

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits for supervision, quality control, and progress monitoring.

3. Technical Expertise

• Prepare working drawings, detailed BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure design feasibility with respect to structural, electrical, and MEP considerations.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Suite.

4. Client Handling & Communication

• Communicate design concepts clearly and confidently to clients.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and design revisions.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

5. Team Leadership

• Guide and mentor junior designers and draftsmen.
• Review team output to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Support management in planning, resource allocation, and creative direction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 8–10 years in interior design with a strong project portfolio.
• Age: below 40 years.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, design, and modern interior trends.
• Excellent command over design software
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
