leads projects from concept to completion, managing teams, clients, budgets, and timelines to create functional, aesthetic spaces, requiring strong leadership, technical skills (AutoCAD, Revit), client liaison, and mentorship of junior staff, focusing on high-quality design execution while staying updated on industry trends and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Oversee the entire design process, from concept, schematic design, development, to construction administration.
• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact, understanding client needs, presenting designs, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Design Development: Create concepts, mood boards, material selections, layouts, and detailed drawings for finishes, furniture (FF&E), and fixtures.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors for seamless project implementation.
• Budget & Timeline: Manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Technical Expertise: Produce high-quality production drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current on design trends, materials, sustainability, and technology.
