Senior Interior Designer

Lifeasy Interior is a premium interior design and execution brand delivering end-to-end residential and commercial interiors across Delhi NCR. We are known for factory-finish quality, transparent processes, and on-time project delivery.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage high-end interior projects—from concept design to final handover—while leading design teams and coordinating with clients, vendors, and project managers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects (2BHK, 3BHK, villas, builder floors, offices).
• Develop design concepts, layouts, 3D visualizations, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines; present design proposals and revisions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Supervise site progress to maintain design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
• Guide and mentor junior designers; review drawings and outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, finishes, and space-planning innovations.
• Ensure cost optimization without compromising design quality.
• Maintain proper documentation, approvals, and handover checklists.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial interiors.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop (or similar tools).
• Excellent understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, lighting, materials, and finishes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of execution details, site practices, and vendor coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
