About the Role

Senior Interior Designer – Project Lead to lead interior design and fit-out projects from concept through execution. The role involves design leadership, client management, and coordination with architecture, MEP, vendors, and site teams to deliver high-quality interior environments within approved budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior projects across concept design, detailing, and site execution

• Develop design narratives, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed drawings

• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors

• Lead client presentations, design reviews, and approvals

• Manage execution drawings, shop drawings, and on-site coordination

• Oversee material selection, mock-ups, and quality control on site

• Guide and mentor junior interior designers

• Coordinate with QS and project teams on cost alignment and value engineering

Required Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior design and turnkey fit-out projects

• Strong exposure to commercial, hospitality, residential, or workplace interiors

Skills & Competencies

• Strong design sensibility and material knowledge

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and presentation tools (SketchUp / Adobe / similar)

• Understanding of interior construction systems and services coordination

• Strong client-facing and team leadership skills

• Detail-oriented with strong site coordination capability
