Senior Interior Designer

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to support the development of high-quality architectural and interior design solutions from concept through execution. The position is responsible for delivering creative, technically sound, and cost-effective design packages by coordinating layouts, specifications, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes in alignment with project requirements. The role ensures design feasibility, compliance with regulations, quality assurance of drawings and consultant deliverables, and effective collaboration with internal teams and suppliers. By innovating design standards and optimizing workflows, the role contributes to enhancing project efficiency, visual excellence, and overall design quality across architectural and interior projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical support, developing furniture layouts, coded plans, and elevations, finishes Specifications, Sourcing special materials, furniture, fabrics, decorative lighting as well as Arts and crafts from suppliers to develop our library and collaborate with suppliers
• Create projects mood board, RFPs, Presentations, conceptual layout, and furnishing design.
• Provide concept design reference to project requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, review drafts and computer models, and design changes.
• Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
• Review project design drawings & documents for quality assurance
• Review on consultant deliverable.
• Collaborate with the team in developing creative design solutions.
• Develop the presentation of Interior/Architectural Design Concepts, Presentations & mood boards.
• Issue interior design package for in-house projects including materials, selections, furniture selection and lighting.
• Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering (min. Grade: Good, project: excellent)
• 4+ years of Proven experience as an architect at (Design Consultant or Real Estate Experience).
• Strong background in construction and finishing works.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, , Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• InDesign — Photoshop proficiency is a must
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, design documentation, and coordination workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
