Job Description

Conin International Consultant is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design solutions that align with client expectations, project budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage interior design projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material selections
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, BOQs, and presentations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly
• Manage junior designers and provide technical and creative guidance
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and suppliers when required
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end interior design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in consultancy firms
• Knowledge of authority approvals and local regulations
• Leadership and team management experience
