Senior Interior Designer

<Job Summary>
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead innovative design projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in interior design, drafting, and project management to create inspiring spaces that meet clients’ needs and exceed expectations. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional results while managing multiple projects efficiently. Your passion for design excellence and attention to detail will drive the success of our diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors.

<Duties>

• Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client visions and project goals, incorporating current trends and sustainable practices.
• Prepare detailed drawings and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and canva to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Manage all phases of the design process, including space planning, material selection, lighting design, color schemes, and furniture specifications. Proficient in Studio Designer.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of designs within budget and schedule constraints.
• Oversee renovation and remodeling projects by reviewing construction documents created in Bluebeam and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, perform quality inspections, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Prepare accurate budgets, proposals, and contracts while maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

<Skills>

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Bluebeam Revu for documentation.
• Strong drafting skills with a keen eye for detail in CAD drawings and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting sales, lighting design, renovation techniques, and remodeling processes.
• Experience in project management—tracking timelines, budgets, and resources effectively across multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret contracts and specifications while coordinating seamlessly with construction teams during remodeling or renovation phases.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and collaborating with team members.
• Familiarity with sales strategies related to lighting products or interior furnishings is a plus. Pay: $61,874.14 - $74,515.09 per year
