Mindy Webb Design is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to play a key role in our growing luxury residential studio. We’re looking for a creative professional with 5+ years of high-end residential interior design experience, a discerning eye for detail, and a deep knowledge of the luxury furniture and furnishings industry.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of high-end interior design experience (residential preferred)
• A discerning eye for refined aesthetics and materials is a must
• Strong knowledge of high-end furniture, lighting, textiles, and luxury design brands
• Proven sense for elevated style and creativity
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate a client’s vision into a cohesive and thoughtful design concept
• Strong space planning and technical design skills
• Experience specifying and ordering furniture, materials, and fabric selections
• Positive attitude and strong team collaboration
