About the Company
We are a luxury custom home builder specializing in fully customized residential projects. Our homes are design-forward, highly detailed, and built through close collaboration between design, architecture, and construction. We value thoughtful problem-solving, strong technical execution, and designers who take ownership of their work from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, design-driven, and comfortable owning both creative and technical responsibilities. They enjoy challenges, take initiative, think critically, and are excited to evolve their workflow through emerging tools, including AI, while maintaining a strong foundation in design fundamentals.
This position is full-time and onsite, supporting close collaboration with the design and construction teams.
