Virtue Modern LLC is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic, luxury-focused residential design team. We are a fast-growing firm redefining modern living with bold, innovative concepts in residential, hospitality, and commercial design. Who You Are:

• 2-5 years of experience in residential, hospitality, and commercial design
• Highly skilled in SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, rendering software, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong conceptual design abilities with a keen eye for modern luxury aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills, and comfortable working directly with high-net-worth clients
• Background in a large design office, but looking for a more hands-on leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset—excited to shape a growing company’s interior design department

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for interior spaces.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Revit to create detailed design plans and 3D models.
• Select appropriate materials, colors, and furnishings based on color theory and design principles.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to enhance design offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,473.00 - $60,422.00 per year
