Senior Interior Designer (Villa & Apartment Projects)

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in villa and apartment interior design. The ideal candidate will lead design projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for residential projects (villas and apartments)
• Prepare mood boards, 2D/3D designs, layouts, and presentations
• Meet clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery
• Supervise site work and ensure design accuracy during execution
• Stay updated with latest design trends and materials

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design (villa/apartment projects required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Strong portfolio of completed residential projects
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar)
• Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards
• Strong project management skills
