Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 10–12 years of experience in hospitality design , particularly in spa and wellness projects , to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership abilities to manage projects from concept to detail design stage.

Key Responsibilities

• :Lead and manage interior design projects from concept through to detail design stag e
• .Convert design briefs into creative and functional design concept s that align with the project vision and client requirements
• .Develop design narrative s, mood boards, and concept presentations that effectively communicate the design intent
• .Coordinate and overse e the in-house design team, including interior designers, 3D visualizers, draughtsmen, and FF&E specialists
• .Serve as the client-facing representativ e, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• .Guide and mentor junior team members, offering creative direction, technical support, and leadershi p
• .Prepare detailed interior design package s, including layouts, material and finish specifications, lighting concepts, and custom joinery/millwork details
• .Oversee the preparation of BIM-based interior documentation (Revit ), ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into construction documentation
• .Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure design quality and project coordination
• .Feed necessary design information to 3D visualizers and draughtsme n to develop and refine visual outputs
• .Ensure adherence to design principles, building codes, and construction method s
• .Deliver high-quality presentations and client submission s with strong visual and narrative clarity

Qualifications & Skill

• s:Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design
• . 10–12 years of professional experien ce in interior design, with a strong focus o n hospitality and spa/wellness project
• s.Proficiency i n AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesi g
