Rushabh Parekh Design Studio is looking to hire a SENIOR INTERIOR DRAUGHTSMAN knowledgeable in HIGH-RISE RESIDENTIAL LUXURY AND HOSPITALITY PROJECTS, INCLUDING VILLAS:

A 'Senior Interior Draughtsman' plays a vital role in the planning and execution of interior design and architectural projects. They are responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans that translate the conceptual designs into actionable blueprints for construction and implementation. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and project management skills.

• The Candidate should be based in the Mumbai location only
• Job location – Lower Parel, Mumbai.
• Experience – 08+ years.
• Joining – Immediate joiner preferred.
• Job type - Full-time, Permanent.
• Salary – 50.000/- to 80,000/-

Drafting and Detailing:

Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed joinery or furniture drawings. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant standards, codes, and regulations. Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to integrate their inputs into the plans

Quality Control:

Review and ensure the accuracy of technical drawings before submission or implementation. Conduct site visits to verify measurements and oversee the execution of the design as per the plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficient in Luxurious residential projects, working in all the sections and detailing mandatory.
• Proficient in working with AutoCAD
• AutoCAD 2D. Photoshop
