Our Interior and Fitout company is looking for Senior Interior Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years of experience and following the below criteria:
A. BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING FIELD WITH VALID LICENSE.

1. Cost Estimation and Budgeting
- Preparing accurate cost estimates for projects at the tender stage.
- Analyzing project requirements and providing financial projections.
- Developing budgets and ensuring they align with project goals and client expectations.
2. Contract Management
- Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and mitigating any risks associated with contracts.
- Resolving contract-related issues, such as disputes or variations.
3. Procurement and Vendor Management
- Identifying and procuring materials, services, and subcontractors while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure value for money.
- Monitoring supplier and subcontractor performance to meet timelines and quality standards.
4. Cost Control and Value Engineering
- Monitoring project costs to prevent overruns and inefficiencies.
- Identifying opportunities for cost-saving through value engineering without compromising quality.
- Regularly updating project budgets and advising on financial forecasts.
5. Risk Management
- Assessing financial and contractual risks across projects.
- Developing mitigation strategies to protect the company's commercial interests.
- Managing claims and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and negotiations.
6. Cash Flow Management
- Overseeing invoicing processes, ensuring timely client payments.
- Managing cash flow by controlling expenses and tracking project milestones.
- Preparing payment schedules for subcontractors and suppliers.
7. Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Coordinating closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams for commercial and financial matters.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering projects within commercial agreements.
8. Reporting and Financial Analysis
- Preparing regular financial reports, cost tracking, and progress updates.
- Providing data-driven insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Analyzing profitability and performance of projects.
