Senior Inventory Controller

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Looking for immediate Joiners only.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of UAE experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are aligned with operational needs.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and reconcile variances with warehouse and finance teams.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor stock movements including receipts, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment.
• Track slow-moving, aging, and obsolete inventory; recommend reduction or optimization strategies.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling procedures are followed.
• Prepare and present inventory reports such as stock aging, shrinkage, turnover, and variance analysis.
• Support audits and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Train and support retail staff on inventory handling and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
