Senior Investment Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior / Investment Analyst to support investment evaluations, financial modelling, market studies, and portfolio performance analysis. The ideal candidate has strong experience in real estate investments and is capable of handling end-to-end investment cycles, from feasibility assessment to execution and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis for real estate and investment projects.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
• Analyze property market trends, asset performance, and macro-economic factors affecting investment decisions.
• Support due diligence, valuation, and risk assessments for new acquisitions and development projects.
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors (legal, technical, brokerage, etc.) throughout the transaction cycle.
• Track existing portfolio performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master’s or CFA Level progress is a plus.
• Proven experience (3–6+ years) in investment analysis, real estate finance, private equity, or asset management.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel proficiency; experience with Argus, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of real estate valuation, cash flow projections, and investment structures.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills.
