Senior Investment Analyst

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and oversee a diverse set of financial portfolios. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and financial management capabilities to supervise assets including cash, bank accounts, public market investments, and private ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash & Liquidity Management

• Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts and liquidity updates.
• Negotiate with banks to optimize deposit rates and financing conditions.
• Manage cash flows across multiple bank accounts.
• Monitor time deposits, certificates of deposit, and loan schedules.

2. Market Investment Monitoring

• Track stock market portfolio performance in coordination with external asset managers (e.g., Beltone).
• Follow up on private equity and venture capital commitments, including capital calls, exits, and periodic reporting.

3. Asset Performance Oversight

• Monitor the financial performance of all group-owned assets.
• Consolidate reports received from the Real Estate Development Company related to yields and capital gains.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly dashboards summarizing overall asset performance.

4. Banking Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for all banking partners.
• Analyze, compare, and negotiate financial products (loans, deposits, facilities).
• Maintain a detailed database of banking relationships and financial instruments.

5. New Investment Evaluation

• Conduct due diligence and prepare financial assessments for new investment opportunities.
• Support decision-making through well-structured investment memos and risk analyses.
• Support reinvestment of dividends from Madkour Holding into diversified portfolios.
• Assist in implementing structured asset allocation and long-term legacy planning mechanisms.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA is a plus).
• 5–7 years of experience in investment analysis, private wealth management, corporate finance, or real estate advisory.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
