[The Capital Mission] Stepping onto Ruwi High Street as our Senior Investment Banker, your daily focus centers on directing complex corporate transactions, underwriting strategies, and portfolio restructuring initiatives. You will work side-by-side with institutional clients, managing cross-border mergers and acquisitions while providing high-level fiscal advisory. A non-negotiable priority in this position is ensuring all market evaluations, capital placements, and financial instruments comply perfectly with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) guidelines and Oman’s banking governance laws.
