Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage new investors for real estate development projects
- Manage end-to-end investor relationship lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention)
- Maintain and grow relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and strategic partners
- Lead account management for key investors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and reinvestment
- Prepare investment presentations, financial summaries, and project updates
- Coordinate with finance, development, and legal teams on investor requirements
- Support capital raising initiatives and funding rounds for projects
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and engagement events
- Monitor investor activity, commitments, and portfolio performance
Requirements
- 8–12+ years’ experience in investor relations, business development, or stakeholder management
- Strong background in real estate investment or capital markets (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Proven ability to source investors and close relationships
- Strong account management and client servicing experience
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-value, confidential, and strategic relationships
- MBA or Finance/Real Estate background preferred
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
