Senior iOS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver smooth and high-performance apps
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards
  • Integrate third-party SDKs, frameworks, and APIs when required
  • Handle app release cycles through App Store Connect, including submission and approval
  • Monitor app performance, identify issues, and implement timely solutions
  • Implement features using CoreData, Firebase, Combine, and local or push notifications
  • Use modern architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture to create scalable and maintainable apps
  • Stay up to date with new iOS technologies, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team
  • Adjust to changing project requirements and priorities as needed
  • Maintain clear and detailed technical documentation for new and existing features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least 2–3 years of practical experience in iOS development
  • Strong command of Swift and UIKit; experience with SwiftUI is an added advantage
  • Solid understanding of mobile app development concepts, design patterns, and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with App Store Connect and the app deployment process
  • Experience working with Firebase, CoreData, Combine, and local or push notifications
  • Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows, including branching, merging, and pull requests
  • Understanding of modular development approaches is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage tasks efficiently
  • Interest in learning and keeping up with the latest iOS trends and technologies.
