Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and analytically sharp Senior IT Business Analyst to join the Technology Governance Office (TGO) under the CTO organization . This role is central to enabling financial transparency, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making across global IT services. You will act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, bridging the gap between technology, finance, and business operations.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, understands the nuances of IT financials, and can translate data into actionable insights. You will work across integrated platforms (Coupa, NetSuite, Kantata, Telecom Expense Management (Asignet), etc) and collaborate with global stakeholders to shape the future of IT services.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Financial Governance

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT blanket Purchase Orders for global services using ERP systems (Coupa, NetSuite).

• Ensure financial accuracy and compliance by validating invoices against contractual terms and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Resolve vendor billing disputes and proactively manage financial risks and escalations, especially around high-value contracts (e.g., Microsoft).

Performance Analytics & Reporting

• Deliver insightful reports and dashboards on IT spend, forecasts, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making.

• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and cost optimization.

• Maintain and evolve a centralized contract renewal calendar to drive forward-looking financial and operational planning.

Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Lead by example in stakeholder engagement, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Champion best practices in financial governance, reporting, and operational analysis across the IT organization.

Stakeholder Engagement & Program Support

• Act as a key liaison between IT, Finance, Procurement, and business units, ensuring transparency and alignment across functions.

• Provide analytical and operational support for cross-functional IT programs, contributing to governance, cost control, and delivery excellence.

• Influence service evolution by mapping business needs to IT capabilities and financial constraints.

Experience Required: 5+Yrs

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT finance, business analysis, or technology operations within a multinational environment.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa) is essential.

• Familiarity with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
