Senior IT Control Specialist

What We're Looking For

• Preferably a graduate of a university's Faculty of Engineering, Arts and Sciences, or Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
• Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of COBIT/ITIL standards and applications.
• Preferably holds ISO 27001, ISO 20000, or ISO 22301 Lead Auditor certification.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Teamwork-oriented, solution-oriented, and successful in interpersonal relations.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the coordination and direction of Independent Audit processes/requests carried out within the scope of legal regulations related to information technologies such as “Regulation on Banks’ Information Systems and Electronic Banking Services”, “Communication on Procedures and Principles Regarding SPK Information Systems Management”, “Communication on the Management and Audit of Information Systems of Financial Leasing, Factoring and Financing Companies” etc.
• Have knowledge within the scope of Swift, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27017, ISO 27701 etc. international standards and frameworks.
• Developing and operating a management framework based on organizational policies and standards, management certifications held by the organization (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, etc.) and international standards, managing non-compliance issues, and ensuring that necessary actions are taken to ensure compliance with these standards.
• To coordinate questions and requests within the scope of audits and periodic controls conducted by the Audit and the Bank Internal Control Department within the scope of Information Systems.
• Within the framework of legal regulations related to information technologies, corporate policies and standards, management certificates to which the organization is subject (ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, etc.) and to carry out control activities within the organization in order to ensure compliance with international standards,
• To make evaluations within the scope of the ”Governance Point" study, which reveals the compliance of teams with process standards, and to share the results with interested parties on a monthly basis
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track and evaluate measurements, and report results to senior management periodically. Coordinate the updating of KPIs at least once a year,
• To contribute to the authorization controls and process studies within the scope of the controls and improvement studies carried out within the organization, to make reports within the organization regarding the processes that need to be improved and to present the results to the senior management
