Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
Orbit Technology Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability across all IT environments. You will play a key role in driving infrastructure strategy, supporting business operations, and leading technical teams in a fast-growing technology environment in Doha.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations including servers, networks, and data centers
• Oversee system performance, availability, and security across all platforms
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage cloud and on-premise environments, including upgrades and migrations
• Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster recovery, and risk management plans
• Collaborate with software, security, and operations teams for integrated solutions
• Implement automation, monitoring tools, and infrastructure best practices
• Manage vendors, service providers, and IT budgets
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT infrastructure teams
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and cybersecurity requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies
• Leadership experience managing IT or infrastructure teams
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and system protection
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex IT environments and multiple projects
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ITIL, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems is an advantage

Pay: QAR26,000.00 - QAR42,000.00 per month
