The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting a team of 30–40 users to maintain seamless operations

Key Responsibilities

• Network Support: Ensure uninterrupted and reliable internet connectivity for voice calling (with and without VPN).
• Server Configuration: Set up and manage servers for user monitoring and internet browsing management.
• Manage Mikrotik router
• Internet Management: Handle ISP coordination (Nayatel and Multinet) for smooth network operations.
• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
• Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to RAM, SSD, power supplies, and other system components.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Inventory Management: Maintain and track IT equipment inventory.
• Assigned Tasks: Execute additional IT-related duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of BPO / Call Center network management experience.
