Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive (Techno-Commercial) to lead strategic sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across key sectors in Oman.
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong track record in enterprise IT sales, deep market relationships, and the ability to position complex solutions to C-level stakeholders. The candidate will play a critical role in expanding market share, developing key accounts, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets across enterprise, government, and strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities across Oman’s public and private sectors.
- Lead the promotion and sale of InterTech’s portfolio, including:
- IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization)
- Cybersecurity (SIEM, NGFW, Endpoint Security, VAPT etc)
- Networking & Communication
- Cloud & Data Center Solutions
- Enterprise Solutions (Custom Apps, ERP, HRMS,)
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from strategic prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account strategies and sales plans to grow key accounts and expand wallet share.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions.
- Lead and contribute to RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Establish and strengthen vendor/partner relationships to drive joint business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to senior management.
- Represent InterTech at industry events, partner engagements, and client presentations.
- Mentor junior sales team members where required and contribute to overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in IT sales within Oman - with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex, enterprise-level IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong understanding of Oman’s public sector procurement processes and enterprise buying cycles.
- Established relationships within key sectors such as government, banking, oil & gas, telecom, aviation, and healthcare.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Arabic is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in deal structuring and pricing strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a target-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
- Proven experience in closing deals and achieving annual sales targets / GP targets, not limited to account management activities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in System Integrator / IT Solutions Provider companies within Oman.
