Job Summary

Al Haadi Mobilya is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize the company’s IT infrastructure and systems. The role involves overseeing hardware, software, network, and security operations across office, showroom, and production units, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee and maintain all company IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure smooth operation of enterprise systems, including ERP/SAP, accounting, and inventory software.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and security.

Network & Security

• Maintain and manage local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
• Implement IT policies and procedures to safeguard company information.

Support & Training

• Provide technical support to employees across office, showroom, and factory units.
• Train staff on IT systems, software, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.

Project & Vendor Management

• Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, new software, and network expansions.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement, maintenance, and support.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and contracts.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare reports on system performance, IT issues, and improvement plans for management.
• Document IT infrastructure, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration, support, or systems management.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or retail IT environments.
• Knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• IT certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
