Position Overview

As a Senior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, and management of both our company's and clients’ IT infrastructure. This role involves the effective administration of servers, storage systems, and other IT components. Key responsibilities also include ensuring system reliability, managing updates, and maintaining IT infrastructure security.

What Will You Do

• Design, implement, maintain, and manage solutions such as VMware ESXi, Horizon, vCenter, vSAN, Dell VxRail, and HPE Simplivity
• Optimize performance and perform capacity planning for virtualization platforms
• Oversee daily operations, analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions
• Design scalable and reliable virtualization solutions tailored to client needs
• Automate infrastructure management using scripting tools like PowerShell and PowerCLI
• Stay current with emerging VMware technologies and implement best practices across internal and client environments

Who You Are

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Good command of English
• Proven experience in system and infrastructure management
• Hands-on experience with Storage and SAN Switch management
• Proficient in configuring and managing Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
• Experience in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting VMware Horizon VDI environments
• Experience in planning, deploying, and managing hyperconverged infrastructures (e.g., VMware vSAN, VxRail, HPE Simplivity)
• Knowledge and experience in configuring and managing replication tools like Veeam and Zerto
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and PowerCLI for system automation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
