Senior IT Support Analyst

Summary

We are hiring a Senior System Analyst to provide hands-on technical expertise, resolve complex IT issues, and manage our Microsoft enterprise environment. This role involves supporting end-users, overseeing Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows systems, and coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure reliable IT services.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years IT experience, 5+ years in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Office 365, Active Directory (AD DS migrations), Exchange, Windows Server/Client, VPN, RDP, Teams.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with Azure AD/ADFS, SAML, cloud SSO.
• Microsoft certifications preferred; ITIL knowledge a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
