The Senior IT Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across all company sites by delivering high-quality technical support and resolving complex issues. The role supervises the IT support team, coordinates with business and operational functions, and implements ITIL-based processes to maintain service continuity, enabling smooth and efficient business operations in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT or technical support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Solid experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and helpdesk operations
  • Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or logistics environments
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • ITIL Certification (required)
  • MS 365, Google Workspace, and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) knowledge
