Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior IT /Team Lead Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT and technology landscape, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier technical talent. You will play a strategic role in scaling our tech teams by driving the full recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions within the U.S. market, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and support to achieve hiring goals.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, organizational objectives, and team culture.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical competency and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes, manage feedback collection, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Negotiate compensation packages and successfully close candidates in a competitive market environment.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive process improvements, and enhance hiring efficiency.
- Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a strategic edge.
- Prior experience working with state clients is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT/technical hiring
- Knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, cloud platforms, and software development processes
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certifications or coursework (e.g., understanding of IT Industry)
