Senior IT/Network Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in networking, system administration, virtualization, VoIP systems, and enterprise IT environments, preferably within healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure including networks, servers, VoIP systems, databases, and end-user support
• Manage Cisco-based networking and firewalls for secure connectivity
• Deploy and optimize virtualization using VMware ESXi
• Administer Windows and Linux servers ensuring performance, reliability, and availability
• Design, implement, and support VoIP/IP telephony solutions
• Monitor system, database, and VoIP performance and resolve issues proactively
• Implement network, server, and database security including access control, patching, and system hardening
• Support healthcare IT systems and ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards
• Manage databases including installation, configuration, backups, and performance tuning
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Lead IT support operations including helpdesk and user support
• Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as IT Manager or Senior System/Network Administrator
• Strong expertise in:
• VoIP technologies
• Networking (routing, switching, firewalls)
• Linux & Windows server administration
• IT security and infrastructure management
• Helpdesk and IT support operations
• Experience with VMware ESXi or similar virtualization platforms
• Hands-on experience with database systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and enterprise systems
• Basic to intermediate scripting skills for automation
• Experience in healthcare IT environments is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNP, RHCE, MCSE, CEH, Security+
• Experience with VoIP platforms
• Exposure to healthcare IT systems
• Database administration and query optimization experience
• Automation/scripting experience in IT operations

Job Details

• Salary: PKR 100,000 – 200,000 (Based on Experience)
• Location: Wapda Town Phase 1, Lahore (On-site)
• Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
