Senior ITSM System Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced ITSM engineering authority to drive the design, engineering, implementation, and ongoing evolution of enterprise-scale IT Service Management platforms across Vodafone Group. This role plays a critical part in enabling central monitoring and digital service management capabilities across multiple local markets, contributing to large-scale transformation programmes. The individual will act as a technical authority, shaping solution design, guiding implementation, and supporting complex integrations in a highly distributed, global environment

• re You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Telecommunicati
• onsYou bring 4+ years of experience across IT Service Management domains, with strong hands-on expertise in BMC Remedy development and configurat
• ionYou have practical experience developing Progressive Web App (PWA) interfaces for ITSM modu
• lesYou demonstrate advanced programming and scripting skills, including SQL, Java, Python, Shell scripting, PowerShell, Perl, and JavaScr
