About the Role

SolutionsLoft is seeking experienced Java Spring Boot Developers with 5–10 years of hands-on experience to work on dynamic projects with our global clients.

As a Java Spring Boot Developer, you will be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining robust backend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs following industry best practices.
• Work on Fintech-based applications, ensuring high standards of security, performance, and compliance.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in client communication, requirement discussions, technical clarifications, and solution design.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience working on Fintech or financial applications.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Previous client-facing or onsite experience.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, banking APIs, or financial compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs300,000.00 per month
