BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

At least 5-8 years of development experience, good debugging skills and comfortable to work on individually or as part of a team.

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and scalable system architecture, with the ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-assisted (Vibe Coding) tools to speed up development while maintaining clean, secure, and maintainable code.

At least 5 years of design development experience, good frontend debugging skills and comfortable to work on individually or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

· Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot

· Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices

· Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions

· Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity

· Implement security best practices (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC)

· Use AI coding tools for faster development, debugging, and refactoring

· Review and validate AI-generated code before production use

· Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards

· Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams

· Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing

Required Skills (Mush-Have):

· Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JPA/Hibernate.

· Strong experience in Microservices architecture & design patterns

· Strong knowledge of SQL and database optimization

· Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle)

· Solid understanding of REST API design principles

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Experience with to CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

· Proficiency with Git / version control

· Experience using AI / Vibe Coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codeium, or similar

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
