Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead a team of developers in building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
- Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence across the team.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the program.
- Application Development
- Design and develop backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.0.
- Implement RESTful and SOAP APIs for integration with enterprise systems.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using Angular 20.
- Integration & Deployment
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Implement event-driven architecture with Apache Kafka.
- Manage source code repositories with Git/GitHub.
- Monitoring & Optimization
- Configure and maintain ELK Stack and Splunk for logging and monitoring.
- Optimize application performance using Redis 7.2 and database tuning on Oracle Exadata.
- Schedule and manage batch jobs using Control-M.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on architecture decisions.
