We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Arabic-Speaking Account Manager
to lead and expand our engagement within the Public Sector in Qatar.
Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with key
Public Sector
clients in Qatar, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

Drive sales of
Business Applications
, Microsoft solutions, and other enterprise technologies.

Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead end-to-end sales cycles within Public Sector accounts.

Develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and market demands.

Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, technical, and management) to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain a strong understanding of applications, IT solutions, digital transformation trends, and government technology requirements.

Track and manage opportunities using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting and reporting.

Represent the company in client meetings, sector events, and government engagements.

Work closely with system integrators, partners, and vendors to build joint value propositions and close deals.
Requirements:

5+ Years of experience in account management and business development.

Minimum 3 years of proven Public Sector experience in Qatar.

Strong background in
Applications
, Microsoft solutions, and digital transformation offerings.

Prior experience working with
System Integrators (SIs)
in the region.

IT academic background or industry experience is required.

Experience selling
Microsoft Business Applications
, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related solutions (mandatory).

Knowledge of
Security & Infrastructure
solutions is an added advantage.

Strong understanding of Qatar’s government procurement processes, frameworks, and RFP cycles.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value government accounts.

Ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage complex deals, and navigate large organizations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Arabic-speaking (native or fluent)
with strong communication and presentation skills.
