We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager who will lead and grow strategic enterprise relationships within the FinTech sector. This role is responsible for managing key clients, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand product adoption across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with major enterprise clients in the FinTech ecosystem.

Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s product suite.

Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of high-quality service.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to support client needs and drive adoption.

Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports for management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client market dynamics.
Qualifications:

4–6 years plus of experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or client success, in FinTech or digital payments.

Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
