We collaborate with discerning homeowners to deliver kitchens and baths that balance beauty,

This role is focused specifically on kitchen and bath design, with an emphasis on cabinetry,

space planning, material selection, and construction collaboration. While adjacent to interior

design, the work is rooted in technical design and remodel execution rather than furnishings

and full-home decoration.

We are seeking a senior-level designer who brings refined taste, strong technical understanding,

and the ability to confidently guide clients through the design and remodeling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen and bath design projects from concept through completion
• Develop layouts and concepts using CAD or hand sketching
• Guide selections including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and

finishes

• Prepare proposals, quotes, and design agreements
• Coordinate countertop bidding, sales, and field measurements
• Track payment schedules and collaborate with bookkeeping on invoicing
• Work closely with contractors and internal team throughout remodel construction
• Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen and bath design experience preferred
• Strong design sensibility with technical understanding of remodel construction
• Proficiency in CAD (or strong hand-drawing ability for concepts)
• Comfortable working with discerning residential clients
• NKBA affiliation and/or kitchen & bath certifications preferred
• AutoCAD, Outlook, and Excel proficiency preferred

Our Studio

We are a small, highly collaborative team working out of our showroom at International Market

Square (IMS).

Designers maintain showroom presence while balancing time for client meetings, site visits, coordination. Close communication and schedule coordination are essential to how we work.
