Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer (5–8 Years Experience)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer with 5–8 years of industry experience to join our team at Ace Cabinet and Granite. In this role, you will design, sell, and manage residential kitchen and bathroom projects from concept through installation.

You will create functional and visually appealing spaces using industry-standard design software while working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys both creative design and client-facing sales, with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop kitchen and bathroom designs using 2020 Design and ProCraft design systems
• Create layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings for client presentations
• Meet with clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget
• Present designs and close sales with clients
• Assist clients with selecting cabinetry, countertops, finishes, and accessories
• Work with cabinet brands including KraftMaid, Waypoint, Marsh, Adelphia, Fabuwood, and RTA cabinets
• Manage multiple projects from design through installation
• Coordinate with contractors, installers, and suppliers
• Conduct site visits as needed to ensure design accuracy and resolve issues
• Maintain project details including budgets, orders, and timelines

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of kitchen & bath design experience (required)
• Strong portfolio of completed projects
• Proficiency in 2020 Design (required); experience with ProCraft systems preferred
• Familiarity with pantry design / cabinetry layout optimization
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Sales experience or ability to close projects is a strong plus

Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
