Senior L3 System Admin

The L3 Systems & Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and

management of DHA’s physical servers, virtual machines, Azure cloud infrastructure, and container

platforms. The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and compliance of all managed environments while following ITIL-aligned processes and best practices.

Participate in change management, incident management, and problem management activities.

Maintain procedural documentation and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for seamless operations.

Mandatory:

CCIE certification

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise server, cloud, virtualization, and container management.

Strong expertise in Windows Server OS administration.

Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi).

Strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration and security.

Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS services, networking, and security.

Proficient in container orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS/OpenShift).

Experience with monitoring, backup, and DR solutions.

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Access, and Configuration Management).

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.
