Responsibilities :

A Land Surveyor job involves measuring and mapping land for boundaries, construction, and legal purposes using specialized equipment like GPS and total stations, interpreting data with CAD and GIS software, researching land records, and preparing detailed maps and reports. Key duties include conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with engineers and clients, and maintaining equipment. Essential skills include attention to detail, problem-solving, mathematical abilities, and proficiency in surveying software and technologies.

Conduct on-site surveys to gather data on existing topography, land boundaries, and infrastructure.

Creating detailed maps, plans, legal descriptions, and reports using Geographic Information System (GIS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.

Working with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to provide survey data and recommendations for planning and design.

Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Proficiency in operating surveying equipment and expertise in GPS and GIS software, along with a strong understanding of CAD systems.

Preferred candidate profile

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or a related field is often required.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Freshers with valid survey license can also apply.

Salary is not a constraint for a right candidate.
