Dar Al Rokham LLC is a leading marble and natural stone company known for quality, precision, and excellence in marble sourcing, fabrication, and installation. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to support our site surveys, material extraction, and project development processes.

Job Summary

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate surveys of quarry sites, factory locations, and installation projects. The role involves collecting and analysing data, defining precise boundaries, and producing survey plans to support marble extraction, transport, fabrication, and installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for quarry, factory, and installation sites.
• Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, horizontal and vertical references.
• Use advanced surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station, drone/UAV if available) for data collection.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, contour profiles, as-built drawings, and reports.
• Verify designs with survey data; check and validate measurements, alignments, grades.
• Ensure protection and accurate documentation of existing features, utilities, and structures.
• Work closely with site engineers, project managers, fabrication teams, and installation crews to ensure survey data fits operational needs.
• Maintain and calibrate survey instruments; ensure all equipment is functioning accurately.
• Assist with legal boundary definitions, property titles when needed.
• Produce final deliverables in CAD/GIS formats; maintain field notes and records.
• Adhere to safety procedures and UAE regulations in fieldwork.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or related field. (Diploma may be considered with significantly more experience.)
• Minimum 5‑8 years of relevant land surveying experience; experience in marble/quarrying or stone extraction is a plus.
• Proficient in use of surveying instruments: Total Station, GPS, levels; experience with drone surveys is advantageous.
• Strong skills in software: AutoCAD, CAD programs; GIS software a plus.
• Good understanding of local regulations, boundary laws, and land/title documentation in the UAE.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
