About the Role

El Patio Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Landscape Architect to lead concept, detailed design, and tender-stage development for parks, public realm, and master planning projects across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical design capabilities, proficiency in modern design tools, and a deep understanding of DMT/ADM standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of concept designs, preliminary designs, and detailed design packages.

Supervise the preparation of landscape layouts, planting schemes, material palettes, and 3D visualizations.

Coordinate with internal disciplines (civil, MEP, structures) to ensure a fully integrated design.

Review authority standards and ensure compliance with DMT, ADM, ADQCC, TAQA, ITC, and other regulations.

Manage design submissions, respond to authority comments, and ensure timely resubmissions.

Oversee junior landscape architects, providing design direction and quality control.

Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documentation.

Attend coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and government entities.

Conduct site visits to support design guardianship during construction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in landscape design with strong UAE project exposure.

Solid background in designing parks, plazas, open spaces, public realm, and community landscapes
