Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Landscape Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of landscape projects across a range of sectors. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, project leadership, and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and innovative outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the concept design, development, and delivery of landscape architecture projects
• Prepare and review master plans, detailed design drawings, and specifications
• Manage projects from concept through construction documentation and site supervision
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and project requirements
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments
• Oversee junior designers and team members, providing mentorship and guidance
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Support business development, including proposal preparation and client engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in large-scale and high-profile landscape projects
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical capability
• Professional registration/licensure (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design software such as:
• AutoCAD
• Revit / BIM (preferred)
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Lumion / Enscape (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Planting design and irrigation systems
• Hardscape materials and detailing
• Sustainable design practices (LEED, etc)
• Local authority regulations (e.g., municipality guidelines)

Key Competencies

• Strong design and visualization skills
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with a high level of creativity

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in the Middle East / UAE
• Knowledge of arid climate landscaping and water-efficient design
• Experience in sectors such as:
• Hospitality
• Residential communities
• Mixed-use developments
• High rise projects
