Senior Landscape Architect/Horticulturalist

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Landscape Architect/Horticulturalist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing landscape plans that enhance the aesthetic appeal and sustainability of various projects. You will collaborate with architects, planners, and other stakeholders to create outdoor spaces that are functional, beautiful, and environmentally friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive landscape design proposals, including planting plans, irrigation systems, and site layout.
• Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform design decisions and ensure functionality and sustainability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscaping into architectural and urban planning projects.
• Research and select appropriate plant materials based on climate, soil conditions, and aesthetic considerations.
• Prepare detailed specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines for landscape projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and ensure quality control during implementation.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure design intent is met and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture and horticulture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in landscape design and horticulture.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong knowledge of plant species, horticultural practices, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
