Senior Landscape Design Coordinator / Landscape Design Manager

Ain Consulting Engineers (ACE) is currently seeking a Senior Landscape Design Coordinator / Landscape Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Egypt.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple landscape design projects across all stages — from concept design to construction documentation and supervision.
• Ensure project deliverables meet all technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project schedules, progress, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Organize, design, produce, and document project work in accordance with company standards.
• Lead the preparation of design reports, drawings, and presentations.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are fully implemented during all design and documentation stages.
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and attend coordination and review meetings.
• Address design-related queries and provide technical input during the post-tender and construction stages.
• Build, manage, and mentor the in-house landscape design team.
• Assign roles, monitor performance, and ensure design consistency across all deliverables.
• Encourage creative, functional, and sustainable landscape design solutions.
• Review design work prepared by internal teams, other disciplines, and sub-consultants.
• Verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Support in contract administration and coordination with contractors and client representatives.
• Oversee BIM data organization and workflows for landscape projects.
• Advise on BIM project setup, structure, and data management protocols.
• Manage daily model maintenance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project standards.
• Collaborate with architects, structural, and MEP engineers to ensure model integration and design harmony.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and technical conflicts during design and construction stages.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between all project disciplines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in landscape design, coordination, and project management
